How many business dinners have you attended where your final memory of your dinner companion was chewed food discarded on the side of their plate or strands of spaghetti slowly being slurped into their mouth? Disgusting, right!?
The Importance of Promoting You!
I remember interviewing for my first “professional” job more than 20 years ago. I was preparing to interview for a receptionist position in a small adhesives manufacturing company. Perusing the local newspaper, my eyes fell on this position, I knew I could do the job. I circled the ad and dialed the phone number. [Read more…] about Take A Stand for Your Personal Brand

I am proud to share this wonderful, heart-felt testimonial I just received from Debbi:
Thank you so much I feel like a new Woman, a beautiful Woman!! Over the last few years a lot has gone on in my life and as a result I have gained some weight. I have not felt comfortable in the clothes I have been getting for myself. With your guidance and support doing the hardest thing for me – clothes shopping, I know what to look for now and it feels so Amazing!! You have helped me change my life and words cannot express how grateful I am for you!!
Can you relate to Debbi? I know I can. I think at some point in our lives, we all can. My message: embrace who you are today! Don’t hold on to who you were. Holding on to the jeans that fit 10 lbs. ago or buying sizes that constricts your breathing or exposes way too much skin will only enhance those very areas you are least proud of. Conversely, wearing overly bulky clothes will only make you appear bigger. [Read more…] about Don’t Let Size ‘Weight’ You Down
